At a program to provide welfare assistance to sanitation workers on behalf of the Sanitation Workers Welfare Board through the Department of Adi Dravidian and Tribal Welfare, the Honorable Minister for Minority Affairs and Overseas Tamil Welfare, Mr. S.M.
