The new building and medical equipment service at an estimated cost of Rs. 4.28 crore was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Minister of Health and Population Welfare and the Hon’ble Minister of Minority Affairs and Overseas Tamil Welfare for public use, praising Tamil Nadu as the leading state in India in terms of medical facilities.
