The Hon’ble Minister of School Education and the Hon’ble Minister of Minority Welfare and Overseas Tamils inaugurated the Tiruvallur District Collectorate Library which was established as the first library in Tamil Nadu under the scheme of setting up 100 libraries in public places where people gather in view of the Kalaignar Centenary.
